Terms of Service

By using Targup, you agree to these terms. Read them carefully.

1. Who can use

Individuals 18+ or valid legal entities. You're responsible for the accuracy of the registration information.

2. Subscriptions and billing

Targup Social, Targup Chat, and Targup Affiliate are billed independently with monthly or yearly automatic renewal. Cancellation can be done at any time and takes effect at the end of the current period.

3. User content

You retain all rights to the content you publish via Targup. You grant Targup a limited license to process that content solely to execute the service (publish to connected networks, deliver messages, etc).

4. Acceptable use

The following is prohibited:

• using the platform for spam or unsolicited messages;
• violating the terms of connected third-party networks;
• fraud, discrimination, or any illegal activity.

5. Limitation of liability

Targup is not responsible for third-party service interruptions (Meta, X, TikTok, marketplaces). Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last month of subscription.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Venue: São Paulo, SP.
