Targup respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law 13.709/2018).

Data we collect

We only collect what's necessary to operate the service:

• Registration: name, email, password (encrypted).
• Usage: technical request logs, IP, user agent.
• Content: posts, conversations, and campaigns you create on the platform.
• Essential cookies: tu_access, tu_refresh, tu_csrf, tu_active_org, tu_locale, tu_cookie_consent.

Opt-in cookies

Only after your explicit consent we enable:

• Sentry Session Replay (UI issue debugging).
• Aggregate metrics (Better Stack uptime / status).

Your rights

You may at any time request:

• access to your data;
• correction of incorrect data;
• deletion (right to be forgotten);
• export (portability);
• consent revocation.
